Create elegant square chocolate cups for mousse, ganache and other delicious fillings with the BWB Mousse Cup 3 Chocolate Mould.

This three-part mould includes silicone inserts to make chocolate moulding easier and more precise. Each cavity features a fill line indicating the amount of chocolate required. With just one chilling stage, it helps produce even shells, a smooth finish and a consistent shell weight.

The tapered square design is ideal for individual desserts, filled chocolates and petit fours.

For fridge and freezer use only. Not suitable for ovens, microwaves or dishwashers. Never expose the mould to hot water, direct heat or naked flames, as it may warp or melt.
Care & Storage

Wash gently with cold water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use. Never use hot water, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Handle with care and store flat in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
How to Use

Fill each cavity with prepared chocolate up to the marked line. Fit the silicone inserts and upper mould section, then press gently to distribute the chocolate evenly. Refrigerate until set, following the chocolate manufacturer’s guidance. Carefully remove the upper section and silicone inserts, release the chocolate cups and add your chosen filling.
