Shipping Policy

At Imperium Cake Supplies, we offer tracked delivery across Ireland through DPD.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses in Ireland that are supported by our checkout. Available delivery options are displayed when you enter your delivery address.

Shipping Rates

Standard tracked delivery: €7.95 for orders below €80.
Free standard tracked delivery: orders of €80 or more.

The free delivery threshold is calculated using the value of the goods after discounts and before delivery charges.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 0–1 working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.

If an unexpected issue affects dispatch, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

DPD delivery is normally expected on the next working day after dispatch.

Allow approximately 1–2 working days in total for processing and delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed next-day service. Public holidays, courier delays and delivery location may affect the delivery time.

If you need supplies for a specific event or date, please allow additional time and contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.

Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

DPD may also send delivery updates by email or SMS using the contact details provided at checkout. Please ensure that these details are accurate.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order, including your Eircode where applicable.

If you notice an error, contact info@imperiumcakesupplies.ie as soon as possible. We will try to update the address, but changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Packaging

We pack orders carefully to help protect the products during transport.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and take photographs where possible to help us investigate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email info@imperiumcakesupplies.ie with your order number, details of the issue and photographs where possible.

Please contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. This request does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact info@imperiumcakesupplies.ie.

We will investigate with DPD and keep you informed. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems with the courier we appoint, in accordance with your statutory rights.
