Care & Storage

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

After opening, keep the remaining sugar paste tightly sealed in a thick plastic bag, removing as much air as possible. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
How to Use

Remove the sugar paste from the packaging and knead for approximately 5 minutes until soft and elastic.

Roll out on a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or covered with thick plastic to a thickness of 3–5 mm.

Place over a cake that has been lightly coated with edible glaze or suitable adhesive, smooth with your hands or a cake smoother, trim the excess and decorate as desired.
