The three-part system with silicone inserts helps create even chocolate shells with a consistent finish. A fill-level mark indicates how much chocolate to add, allowing the shell to be formed in a single chilling stage.

For chocolate moulding. Keep away from direct heat. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Clean gently with mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid abrasive cleaners and store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Add prepared chocolate up to the indicated fill line. Fit the silicone inserts and remaining mould part according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Refrigerate until set, then carefully remove the inserts and unmould. Fill and finish as desired.
